This section exists to provide the information and resources members and their families need to promote and maintain readiness within the Indiana Air National Guard. Family readiness has a direct impact on morale and retention of our members, and on the unit's overall mission readiness. During times of crisis, effective family readiness programs pay significant dividends in terms of family and unit member morale. Indiana Air National Guard members will perform their best if their families are well prepared for deployments.
A resilient quality of life for all service members and their families through contact, education, advocating and networking with our community.
2. Assure that every service member and their family/friends are prepared for times of deployment and separation and reintegration.
